Adapted Sports Center – Play and Train

The mountain resort of La Molina stands out for being one of the most advanced winter resorts for disabled tourists and athletes. Its Adapted Sports Center is managed by the "Play and Train" association.

"Play and Train" aims to provide disabled people (and their families) with the change to practice and train both leiure or competitive sports activities, regardless of their disability, gender or age.

Skiing is one of the most adaptable sports for people with physical, mental and / or sensory disabilities. The material used is very comfortable and diverse. Activities can be performed at all levels: beginner, advanced or competition.

At "Play and Train" we also offer the possibility to enjoy the environment and the mountains, with a wide range of activities with bicycles and handbikes in summer, along with high inclusive activities:
- Bike downhill in the Bikepark of La Molina.
- Bike routes through different parts of La Cerdanya.
- Bicycle rental for different disabilities.
- Ski cable car ride (accessible for disabled people).
- Tubbing in La Molina.
- Adventure forest and zip line.
