Ingredients

  • 1 chopped duck
  • 500 g of Cerdanya turnips
  • 3 grated tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • A bunch of herbs: bay leaf, thyme, cinnamon
  • Flour / Salt / Pepper / Oil / Water

To make the chopped sauce:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carquinyoli
  • A handful of toasted almonds
  • A stream of “rancio” wine

Elaboration

Season and brown the duck in a saucepan and set aside. In the same pan, fry the onion and tomato. Add the pull, soak in water and cook slowly. Peel a squash, grate it and fry the turnips. Add them to the casserole half an hour before the end of cooking, along with the sauce with “rancio” wine.
