Eix 2 of the PAS aims to deseasonalize and diversify the tourist offer of the region , and includes several specific objectives which are:

2.1 Create out-of-season tourist products and services, enhancing existing infrastructures throughout the Cerdanya territory.

• 2.1.1. Creation of off-season tourist products and services.

2.2 Lobby with the neighboring counties to influence and evolve the national tourism calendar and legislation.

• 2.2.1. Sustainable and conscious tourism lobby.

2.3 Acquire new markets, always in balance with the needs of the region.

• 2.3.1. Search for new international markets.
