This hermitage was built by the Manaut family at the end of the last century, next to its castle tower.

It is built on a promontory from where you can see a splendid panorama of the Cerdanya. This privileged situation together with the Marian devotion of the temple makes it a place of festivities and on June 24 the gathering of St. John is celebrated.

Its construction, made of stone, plastered and covered with slate, is characterized by its dome finished with a polygonal and pyramidal top covered with slate.
