It’s time to activate the PAS, the Sectoral Action Plan in the Field of Tourism of La Cerdanya 2019 – 2023, an essential document which rethinks the development of the region through tourism as a tool to boost the economy, and where the impact of the sector becomes positive both for the population and culture, as well as for nature and heritage. The PAS is the result of a participatory process in which more than 170 people from various fields participated: public sector, private sector and civil society.
This autumn of 2020 we have continued with the process and we have invited you to be part of it through the Participatory Conferences in virtual format .
Below you will find all the information generated in each of the days, thank you for your participation.
Participatory days
DAY 1: For a participatory governance model, September 16, 2020 from 5pm to 7pm, 100% virtual.

- A participatory governance model is the key to activating the PAS. We know we have the key in our hands and on this first day it will be essential to find out how we can organize ourselves to turn the key and cause the gear to start moving! We will work on the basis of Sociocracy, a transformative social technology.

DAY 2: For a positive tourist impact, October 14, 2020 from 5pm to 7pm, 100% virtual.

- La Cerdanya seeks to build a model of sustainable and conscious tourism , at the same time as it wants to regulate the eco-social impact of tourism activities. We will dedicate this day to the management of tourism so that its impact improves the conservation, restoration and regeneration of natural, agricultural, cultural and heritage spaces.

DAY 3: For a deseasonalization and diversification, November 11, 2020 from 5pm to 7pm, 100% virtual.

- The PAS proposes to deseasonalize and diversify the tourist offer of the region through the creation of out-of-season tourist products and services or the capture of new markets, among others. On this last day we will work on these proposals as well as the communication and promotion strategies of the sustainable, quality and unique proposal that we have in hand.

Purpose of the PAS
The tourism sector, together with the actors of the region (public sector, private sector and civil society) works for the sustainable development of the Cerdanya, guarding the cultural, natural and human heritage, while strengthening the identity of the territory of the Cerdanya people.
