Eix 5 of the PAS aims to co-create and manage a model of participatory governance , and includes several specific objectives which are:

5.1. Increase the participation and diversity of representation within Turisme Cerdanya.

• 5.1.1. Tourism Governance of La Cerdanya

5.2. Coordinate the different tourist actors in the region and neighboring territories.

• 5.2.1. Informal Coordination Spaces and Platforms.

5.3. Facilitate annual and participatory spaces for the review of the action plan and the co-creation of new initiatives.

• 5.3.1. Spaces for joint reflection between the public sector, the private sector, civil society and the territory.
